Some time ago I save a amv that I made as a windows meida file. However, I must have hit some setting that messed up the file, becuase it will play fine on the player but it will not open correctly in the movie editor. I need it in the editor so I can add it to a multi-editor project I'm working on. But when I do it simply appears as if nothing is there.
The only clues I have about the problem is that when I try to open it in virtual dub (not by aysinth but the video itself) I get this long error message about ASF file format and request of microsoft and other stuff.
So tell me, is there any hope to get the video to work in the editor ever again?
Some kinda file type problem that just might be illreversabl
