i was on the gameinformer website and i saw a FMA sweepstakes. the first place prize is an autographed wallscroll signed by tay hughes among other things. i want to know who is tay hughes? does anybody know?

No, there is no Tay Hughes, it's MAYES Hughes. They're giving away something with his autograph on it.
