Um whats wrong with a girl liking her breasts cupped? Isn't that why they are there? That sounds like a personal decision on the part of the girl.There usually is a physical attraction before a relationship starts. This thing is written by a lady obviously she dosent have a problem with it. I'm just confused why you would be offended by something like that?

Now before we start beating that dead horse, I think my opinion is clear: Girls need more self respect than what this anime is offering.

I'd totally do the same thing for Haruhi... I mean it's SO POINTLESS I don't see how anybody can like it as much as they do. I mean many (around here, specifically) see it as some great and all powerfull philosophy of life!

I do plan to make an amv to it... Just to mock the damned bastard.

Sorry for going OT, but I believe your view is in minority and you should just acknowledge the subjectivity of your experience and move on.

As with a lot of things - an anime might cater to one and not cater to others. I think this is true in the case of Aishiteruze Baby.

As for Haruhi - well, there are two types of people - those who the joke is for, and those who the joke is on.

I think most people's problem with Haruhi, though, is that they either take it or themselves too seriously. It's a show that mocks itself so hard while, well...

I hate to put an end to the unintentional hilarity, but I feel compelled to point out that Mroni is not supposed to be taken seriously on matters like this.

I watched a few episodes of this anime, and could take it or leave it. Not much of an impression, so I'm surprised this caused such a wave here.

To be honest, for every girl that Kippei hangs out with, there are two who wouldn't deign to fart in his direction. And if you're taking life lessons from an anime, there's a problem. I personally did NOT try to build a megabot from scrap [zoid, megadeuce, whatever] after watching Battle of the Planets at the prime age of about 9 [nor did anyone I knew]. I also didn't don a gown and go waiting to be rescued.

I would like to think that this is an example of what some people may be like, however improbable though it may be. Kippei is immature and needs a hard lesson--though not at the expense of a child. However, it should be easier to just say 'Hey, I didn't like this' instead of taking an entire thread to simply vent out the problems and how they reflect to the world.

I've yet to see a thread about how Akira is affecting the government and pretty soon we'll have blue kids who have telepathic powers and 'dammit, why did they do this!'. There are many anime that include children being raised by drunks or drug addicts [Hakusho, Yu-Gi-Oh!, etc] and there is no outcry about these... maybe it's because Yusuke's not real to you, while Yuzuyu is.

If you don't like the anime, that's ok. If you DO, even better for you. Just remember, you're raising your kids, not the anime you watch.

This anime is offering self respect for girls? This is all about eye candy for girls thats what kippi is for. KIPPI IS A PLAYTOY FOR GIRLS!!!! my god you mean you don't see the whole bishi thing going on here?????
