Will ripping break the DVD?

If you're ripping multiples times the same dvd, will it "destroy" something, or bring problems? (reading problem, missing episode, etc)

No. The only way you should have problems with reading a disk is if there is physical damage to the disk or the drive. "Ripping" is just a slang term for copying the data from the disk.

DVD Decrypter is having trouble reading a sector of the disk. Check it for scratches or dirt. That's the most common reason for that error.
