Yeah, it's from Slayers NEXT to be precise.

Series 1 was Mythical Detective Loki Ragnarok. Quote 1 was said by Yamino and 2 was said by Loki.

rapture16 got series 2 correct, it was Disgaea. The first one was said by Laharl, and the next one was between two Prinnies.
