I was wondering something about this list. Is it possible to get the anime used and song by person's username? I know it'd be unlikely that someone would use the same song twice, but I don't want to bother sending in a piece if someone already sent one in with the same audio. It would be a waste of space. o.O And plus, if we had the list of anime used, we could try and cut down on using redundant anime over and over and over.

I want to provide as little information as possible in order to avoid giving away the video ideas, so it will be more of a surprise when the project is released. And we have actually received videos with the same song/anime combinations so far. I don't see this as a problem, since we can then just choose whichever one was better.

Hey, is Hello Kitty a true anime? 'cause I have some really good ideas for that, but in my research, I'm getting conflicting information that she is of Japanese origin, but with many ties to London and British culture.

Just a few questions. What if it's more than one person working on the video? Do we just give you the group name, like the one I'm with is Titan Productions? Also, What about recorded audio from, like, the cutscene of a videogame or something. Is that allowed.

If it's music, it's allowed, be it from cutscenes, advertising or whatever else. If it's just clashing swords or laser beams or other non-musical sound effects, then no.

Give whatever name you want in the credits. Multiple names are ok, as long as its not more than 3 or so.

Probably a bit late to be asking this (since I just spent all weekend making the clip), but what about The Animatrix? That was all Japanese directing and illustration, so that counts, am I right?

Well, given that Hello Kitty is ok, and the fact that there are common circumstances with that and the Animatrix as far as where it was created vs. original target audience, I would say that the Animatrix is fine too. But then again, this is only my second post here and I may be completely wrong, seeing as how it’s not really my place to say.

I might have some ideas for the Animatrix, provided it is in fact ok.

Another question I have, though… I made a video already, and it actually ran 33 seconds, with the idea that there is plenty of leader both in the start and end to allow for whatever transitions that may be used in this project, going from one video to the next. Should my video not make it to the list, would that be a reason? I wouldn't mind it being chopped down at all-- that's kinda how I set it up.

Sorry if this topic has been brought up already (it is a long thread): I have a pretty good idea for what I want to do, but it has some filthy language. Would it be alright for me to bleep some words out? Or is it ok for me to leave the words in if it's only two words?
