Photoshop and AMVs?

Depending on what version of Photoshop you're using (and where you got it from *cough*) there may be a program called ImageReady hidden within the program folder. It's a rudimentary animation program - you can import AVI files and convert the frames to layers, export layers as frames, whip out some Flash if you want, etc. If you're looking to make an AMV with Photoshop, I suggest you look around to see if ImageReady's handy. Warning: it is NOT intended to handle huge AVI files and will likely crash trying to handle the files you want to feed it.
