CLANNAD the TV series

This is Kyoto Animation's upcoming project!

As you might guess, this is in fact based on a visual novel by Visual Art's/Key. Unlike their past works like Kanon or Air, there are NO supernatural events that occur. In spite that, the story is pretty complex with lots of characters (there's even a good number of male characters as well) that intertwine with each other. Kyoto Animation

*starting to get nervous*

after Air TV i got interested in their work,so i watched Suzumiya Haruhi No Yuutsu and Kanon 2006.

I've seen FMP? Fumoffu! before these two,so i found out that it was Kyoto Animation only later,but now...

Me waits for Clannad!

Wow. That really is a Chun-Li kick.

I was kinda hoping that Kyoto would do a Samurai series next (just look at the Mai arc of Kanon to figure out why) but this looks interesting.

Although everytime I hear the name of the show I think of a celtic music group my mom listens to (Enya used to be a part of it) though I realize that Clannad just means family in Celtic.

Well, this is a real treat, I loved Air, Kanon, and alot of other Kyoani work, so Clannad should be right up my ally. That Chun-li style Kick was just awsome, so I have hopes.

KyoAni can't let us down.
Interesting though: there will be this TV series in 2008, but before that, a movie will come on 15th of September 2007 (if the sources are correct).

PS. I'm sorry if all of this is already in the links angelx03 gave, but I couldn't find it there.
