Personally, I found it to be slightly dim. It felt like little flash and little substance. You matched basic beat synch, but changes in the songs intensity should of maybe matched with the footage. I see this in some areas but seems like they could be better in a lot of other areas. Certain areas seems like they couldn't have been done better any other way for the source you used. I dunno.. it has it merits, I was just hoping for more action synch, not scene change sync.. with all the flashes you had.. I was hoping it to be more seizurific.. it seems that's what you were going for, and if not maybe you over did it with the flashes.
Great quality, great basic synch, I just was hoping for the song you used that you could of done a bit more mood synch and matched the vocals more. 3/5

I don't particularly care if you believe me. I was trying to help explain why you got the reactions you did from some of your viewers. I was also trying to help you increase your knowledge of our craft, the craft it derives from (namely broadcasting and film production), including appropriate terminology.DaCoolGohan wrote:lol man, you are defending that rubber band thing to high hell let it drop already because I'm not going to ever believe you or change the categories. Also you can go search for effects, but anything you see was in the source footage, so have fun pointing out things I can just show timestamps of, in the movie, that are there.
Quadir's numbering system varies from the norm. Perhaps you should ask him WHY he gave you the numbers he did and what they mean to him, instead of just assuming your numbering system is used by everyone. You may find that even if you still disagree, that you understand better where he was coming from.
You seem to think just because you have join date of 2001 that everyone else is here is incapable of pointing out where you have flaws and where you lack knowledge. Yet I have a join date prior to yours, and many of the commentators have put in their time here. You have no right to presume that because they have been registered for less time than you, that they are incapable of offering criticism. They really should, this is getting old, expecting n00bs to be smart is like beating a dead horse, nothing will ever change.
I won't bother pointing out any of the other effects, since it is obvious you don't care if you get better or not. I will remember that the next time you post a video and will refrain from offering my suggestions. I have no more to say.

Oh man, I love it when people talk down to me, if you could do it'd be amazing. How do you get I think of registration date as defining a n00b? I think people who are retarded who think there are things in a video that aren't there, and people who have never made a video, at least public, rating it low. Maybe you are the one who believes that people who registered after you are n00bs because you just cited my registration date while trying to demean me. If you would maybe state facts instead of speculation or what a few people think then I would take you more seriously. If this is how you are going to post by saying things that aren't there, while not letting anything die and speaking down to people, then I don't want your input and I never asked for yours specifically so you can stop leaving it.

I would say, if you know that it's like beating a dead horse, stop posting and making it worse.DaCoolGohan wrote:Oh man, I love it when people talk down to me, if you could do it'd be amazing. Hey DaCoolGohan, is the video good? I wanna know before I download it. I haven't heard much NiN, but they are ok, and I try to avoid any Eva AMVs as much as possible, but it seems Kionon likes it, so it must be good. Please tell me if it is not a good video.
Thanks In Advance,

*ignoring all of the ranting going on above*
I like Eva and NIN, so I took the time to view your amv, and I found it to be quite nice, even though this series has been overused. It was simple editing, nothing too flashy, and that's how I like em.
Just try to come up with a better concept next time, though. Ya?
Other than that, this amv was a lot better than some of the Eva amvs I've seen in the past so, nice job.
