The music wasn't really my cup of tea.. I sort of thought it was good towards the middle of the video but then towards the end lost interest in the song. Couldn't connect with the visuals too well.. they seemed to match the music well in the middle portion of the video.

So, yeah, mood synch, other synchs are there, though didn't care for it much in the beginning, but I ended up liking the mood synch in the middle of the video but lost interest towards the last half of it.

Basically, I didn't like part 1/3 that much, Enjoyed a lot of part 2/3.. and then the ending, 3/3.. well I just lost interest.

Since most of the video didn't appeal all too much to me, I give it a 3/5. My star rating is usually based mainly on joy factor. I do feel though you could of connected with the music more in other ways. Though I thought the fades matching to the music in the middle was great, Mood synch seemed waay to focused in the whole video on transitions. More synch by connecting the tones in the music, and facial expressions with each other would of probably mad me enjoy this more.

Edit: eh, I'll bump the score up because it had obvious good effort, good synch.. just didn't care for it, and awesome visual quality. 4/5

Definitely my new fave of yours Liz~! I love how you seamlessly blended these two shows together. I think it's gorgeous. The mood sync is gorgeous.

I wasn't totally sold on the ending, you got a bit crazy with the roto'ing, it was almost disorienting @o, but it's growing on me. I've already watched it three times \o/

Kind of in the middle here... just depends on whether you've seen the anime she used, which I have not. |:>
Yea, I really think it's hard to get all that if you haven't seen the shows.

Though I'm not familiar with the anime, I still thought this video was pretty good.

Nice work!

yeay its out!!!

in all honesty it is your best AMV. I was expecting a slow song but its nice to see you ended up using a faster paced one since I doubt many people can pull off making an AMV of this pace to the two best 'slice of life' anime I've seen. So a lot of originality there :D 3:36-end this part was just awesome and pure win, nice rotoscoping very clean. 2:50-3:03 not really sure about the effect used here but it doesn't last long so its okay. To Prodigi: I didn't notice the 'eyeless' Nana face frame but it was probably taken out =P

Overall one of the best drama AMVs I've seen and I actually like this song =) Hopefully you'll make another AMV or two this year =P 5/5

Edit: I think I got more out of it since I've seen the two animes already

A lump forms in my throat the second I step into the Sunrise club. The air is thick with aftershave and tasteless perfume. I see horned rims everywhere. Every leg is suffocated by Nudies. I can't get over the fact that 5 years ago this club would be full of people wearing Dickies and contacts. The band comes out and for a second the room is electric. The feeling passes and a sea of eyes looks forward. It watches. They play. It's listless and reminded of something Ireland did 20 years ago. The bassline plods through the mentholated air. The singer has a pained look on his face. I feel sick. Their set is over. I can't breathe. The alley behind the club feels more welcoming and is oddly cleaner. I decide to walk home.

3/10.

Great video. I really like the flow and feel.

Like OropherZero said, having watched NANA and H&C really helps to understand parts of this video, but it's really enjoyable by itself nonetheless. I watched half of NANA and bits of H&C and this video captures a lot of the dramatic moments and spirit of those series. If you are a fan of either of these anime, download this is video NOW!
