If manga count here, then the end of The Demon Ororon is a guarenteed way to get me teary eyed.

Didn't cry, but came damn close twice in RahXephon (Bear in mind, I watch almost all my Anime in Japanese with English subtitles. I think the voice acting is much better and I'm a fast reader).

I'll try my best not to give spoilers:
1 - Hiroko
2 - The last time that Kim screams at Ayato near the end

Oh yeah... that. To me, that episode was probably one of the saddest moments in anime. T.T

I just watched the last few episodes of Fruits Basket and bawled my eyes out. I don't know if I was crying because I was moved or because of the abominable dub job, though. The things they did to Akito's voice. T_T

I hated the Fruits Basket anime. The manga is great though. I didn't really cry, but it moved me several times.
And God spoke unto the Chicken, and He said: "Thou shalt crosseth the road", and the Chicken did cross the road, and there was much rejoicing.

I like the manga, but it didn't do nearly as much for me as the anime did. The anime has moved me to tears so many times, and it's made me so happy...the manga's cool, but I don't love it.
