Frames and audio?

I'm new so bear with this question 0.o ...after I decrypt, I use the VirtualDubMod to turn my clips into .avi files so I can put them in windows movie maker....when play the clips the audio and visuals aren't in synch....wth am I doing wrong? or what do I have to change (settings)? =/

What codec are you using when you convert them? Best to use a lossless like HuffyUV or Lagarith.

Also, why do you need the audio? I'm assuming you're going to be making an AMV so you'll be getting rid of the audio anyways

yea I know I don't need the audio but, what I am saying is that the frames are moving way to slow :shock:

That might be the problem. Uncompressed video is HUGE, and most likely using uncompressed clips in WMM is causing it to lag big time. Convert the clips to HuffYUV with VDubMod instead. This will also save you a good deal of space.

If that doesn't work, check the FAQ sticky in the WMM forum.

well....I worked for 3 hours....so far no progress. Every .avi I make lags (video wise). Idk I might just stick with doing AMVs with my video cam....

I have no clue....but I just went on and re did my vid (Tune the Rainbow) on camera....idk I guess I'll stick with camera till I figure out something Thanks for your help :) . I have to wait 14 days before I can submit the newer version of my vid right?
