STRANGE ISSUE WITH SONY VEGAS

Post by Jif » Sun Mar 25, 2007 3:15 pm

Hello there, how are u doing? i'm making this new topic because i have a problem with Sony vegas that really pisses me off.
It goes like this: i made a great AMV with Sony Vegas and when i watch it in the timeline, with the program running, it plays awsome and the synch i made is great. The problem comes when i export the whole video to an Avi file. I can't figure out why, but when i export the video, the avi seems to show, in every scene mixed, a little more of the original video than it should. The pieces that shouldn't be shown are seconds or even miliseconds but they sure ruin my video.

SO IF ANYBODY CAN HELP ME PLEASE I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT BECAUSE I'M SEARCHING FOR THE WAY TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM SINCE FOREVER AND I CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHAY THE HELL IT HAPPENS.

Anyway thanks for the ones that readed the problem. And sorry if i had some grammar errors, but i'm from Argentina T_T.

What format was the source in? (note this question is almost entirely rhetorical because looking around for a few minutes will show you the answer you should give).

If it's single frames that only show when exporting, try setting your Preview Quality to "Good" or "Best".
Those extra frames will propably show up then.

Or maybe you can read this better?:

IF IT'S SINGLE FRAMES THAT ONLY SHOW WHEN EXPORTING, TRY SETTING YOUR PREVIEW QUALITY TO "GOOD" OR "BEST".
THOSE EXTRA FRAMES WILL PROPABLY SHOW UP THEN. -_-
