WMM problem

Well, the problem is that i can import a collection but when i put than like 1 min. on the timeline, WMM autmatically closes itself. Any1 know the fix?

what container and codec are your source files?

(are they avi/xvid?)

right click and choose properties and see summery next to compression should have the codec name..

if not get gspot it will tell you

well, it is xvid, but the thing is i had imported and saved a 23 min movie w/ xvid but now it doesn't work.

You're gonna want to convert those clips to Lagarith.

well, the thin is that i just want to recompress it to 100mb, and up0load it, and wmm does it easily, but now it doesnt.

sorry for the double post but my WMM wont let any type of codec of video go past 1 minute.

it will let huffyuv... but not lagarith *spanks Sky* you shoulda remembered that it doesn't like lagarith, bloddy vegas pimps u and dax must both be lol

if you use huffyuv and it also closes then your problem is not the codec, you have run into one of the situations described in the FAQ

I knew that
