amv is 4 min long but file size is 122mb plz help

I made it at school useing adobe premier and its in mpeg 2 format and is almost 4 minutes long but the final format is 122 mb is there any way to make it smaller so I can post it on youtube and other places?

First wrong section. Should be in either general video or adobe software. A mod will be here to move it soon.

As for your question; You should export out of premiere in an uncompressed format or at least with lagarith or huffyuv since they are lossless codecs and and further compression shouldn't hinder their quality too much. You should then load the video into Virtual Dub and then compress again using Xvid or h.264.

Also be sure you have your audio compressed because that can add around 30+ mb to your video.
