How creepy?

I think Slayer and Danzig are pretty creepy, but they barely scratch the surface of what is out there.

Cannibal Corpse?
Life's short.

Nah, Cannibal Corpse is practically a gimmick. Genuinely creepy is hard to define, and hard to find.

There was this one chick who did a cover of the Eminem song "Bonnie & Clyde '97" that was pretty creepy, but I can't seem to recall what her name was.

Some of blood dusters intro's are pretty creepy.
But yeah creepy is hard to find, mind you most grind core bands out there are considered a mind fuck to those that haven't heard it before :P
And agreed CC isn't creepy, more funny than anything, its amazing what dope can do to you.

I've always found that minimalistic electronica creeps me out the most. This was one of the first examples of the genre I heard back in the 90s, though I don't even know who it was by.

Yamaoka's work on the Silent Hill series also stands as a pinnacle of creepy ambient shit.

also early Current 93 and Coil as all three appeared on each other's albums.

Maybe some Whitehouse, but that's more noisy than creepy.
If nothing else, harsh noises get your attention.

A Perfect Circle's remake of "Imagine" is creepy....at least when compared with the original.
