I don't think he was talking about when people start drinking, I think he was talking about when it's legal. In Germany it's like this: anything with less than 20% Vol. alcohol is allowed with 16, anything harder you have to be 18. Despite what is legal the most start to drink hard liquors with 14, because that birthday is seen as step from child to adult (not from the state, but from the people).

Because, you know, at AWA we didn't have people from Germany, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Canada, the US, South Africa, and Britain. And there wasn't, you know, a big editors dinner that was exclusively editors that overwhelmed 2/3 of a restaurant, or a bar so full of editors that there was standing room only, or hotel rooms so packed we were stacking on top of each other.

But, yeah, you didn't miss anything. We all had a terrible time.

Oh well, that idea was thrown aside pretty fast ... As for AWA, as i said ...never been, i don't really wanna travel to American, too boring. Canada's better : /
As for niotex, streitcher and prod talking shit ...i'm nothing in RL like i am on the net, remember that 'how serious do u take your self' thing? Me= Not at all : / Taking someone serious on the net is stupid, getting all worked up about it is even more stupid.
