Cars? let's see:

ex-Driver: in the movie, and the Nina and Rei danger zone OVA has got relly good car CG, and very great scenes.

Initial D: In the Battle stage, you can find the first, second, third, and the extra stage races, all ot these in remake, really good CG vresion.
And the 4th Stage hs an awesome CF, and race scenes

bonus: School Rumble 2nd term, 22th episode:
In the begining of the episode, there is an Initial D parody, with a really really good CG, check

There a lot of scenes with a motorcycle in Mai Hime that you could probably use.
