Do You Guys Hate Naruto?

I've only seen a percentage of naruto, probably wont watch it all as it does seem childish, is shippuden still worth watching? Is it less childish?

LOL @ Narutards...

That being said, I enjoyed the show....for about the first 10-12 episodes. They hit the emotional gut-punch way too early in the show with the whole Haku thing (ep 9 I think?) and never really managed to match it. I finally stopped watching after #40 or so, and really haven't looked at it again since.

The fanbase is awesome.. everywhere I went I met cool people that like it.. like at gamespot, best buy, college and even work. I stopped watching DBZ though because of the fanbase because 90% of the people I met that love the show are complete f***ing retards.

When I watch it, it reminds me of those retards and it makes me think the show creates retards or attracts them to it.. so I can't really enjoy it that well. If I manage to forget about these douches completely, then I can actually maybe enjoy it. It's like when I listen to MJ music it reminds me of that freak of nature so it's hard to enjoy his music.

With naruto and it's fanbase.. if you don't like it because of that then there is something wrong with you because everyone seems to like it from all different walks of life. My brother hates anime and dbz especially but he actually likes naruto a lot and actually watches it(*shock*)

The main reason I see folks not like it is because of its popularity, and this whole rumor that it's really just another dbz(who the f cares about the dbz story? a lot of the fans naruto brings is its story.. duh.. so how can they be just the same.. dummies)

So yeah, I like Naruto a lot.. search under my name and you'll see how much I've even brought Naruto up.. and I bring it up openly admitting that I like it.. while it seems like an unpopular thing to do here.

I love Naruto. I first saw it on adultswim, and then I had to see more. I didn't stop watching it until I hit the fillers, and then I read all the manga. Now that things are back on track with Shippuuden, I've gotten back into it. But alot of the animation in Shippuuden is still kind of meh. I was hoping with the new series it wouldn't be a problem, but I hope it improves.

Naruto was also my gateway drug to other anime. Before Naruto, I had only seen maybe five anime series, series that a friend had lent me to watch in english. I never took it upon myself to find other series. I didn't see the point of watching anything with subtitles. Now I'm constantly hunting for anime to watch and cringe at the sound of english voice actors. It was also about this time that I really got into AMVs and eventually making my own.

But anyway, I love Naruto.

Yes, I do. I try to make it so I avoid all Naruto vids, despite having good reputations, it's all bad to me, no interest whatsoever in ever watching anything Naruto.

nope I actually like naruto. (shipuden anyway) I still probably won't touch most Naruto vids though just because, I already have all the vids I need to this anime, and what hasn't been done before? I'll likely only download a naruto vid a friend makes, or one that gets recommended to me now.
