if you could be any anime character (that you have seen on a series or a movie)
which one would it be and why?

answer: i would be akira number 28.....just imagine having all that power (what a rush)

He was trying to say that threads that are just lists of favorite characters are considered pointless on these forums, because they don't really provide any relevant information. Since you asked "why," that saved this thread from being pointless.

However, the last part of what he said was referring to the fact that you put your thread in the wrong forum. See how it was moved to General Anime? This is where threads like this belong. General AMV is for stuff about the video making.

Hope that explains things.

As for me, I'd rather live in an anime world instead of being a character. A place where the power that character possesses is attainable, but I wouldn't be limited by what that particular character knows, or by how he/she acts. though deciding to be a female anime character would present and interesting take on life more so than choosing to live as another guy (I'm doing that now, why not try something new?)

I wouldn't go with my favorite anime character because half of them are like me but with extraordinary powers or super-science. If I could be a character as well as live in their world, I'd be Akari Mizunashi from ARIA, mainly for the completely new world and things to do.

Anyway, I'd say I'd want to be............ I suppose Mugen from samurai champloo, No outstanding powers but very laid back (like me I guess) and stuff.

I'd be Chrono from Chrono Crusade, cause not only his personally, but also the story of his life rmeinds me of myself..

well..I also ahve sumthing from Gohanfrom dbz..cause he is actually pretty weak and cant really defend himself..but as soon as he gets angry he gets such an high power level that he can even beat someone who was able to beta him with one finger before..yup..thats like me :O

Kazuma Torisuna-the Treasoner (anime or manga) from S-CRY-ed as long as I got the jacket as well.

You suddenly get an obstacle in your way, form your Shell Bullet and obliterate it, hell I wouldn't even have to worry about oncomming cars with that, and could pick a fight with almost anyone. And my hair would change with it out or not...why wouldn't I be Kazuma? :p
