EDIT: You've made some improvements since the last beta I saw...good stuff. ^^ Some of the cuts seemed to be timed a bit late, but I like the video, nevertheless. The masking stuff from 3:11 - 3:14 was awesome, along with the ending. Nice work, Niwa.

I'm really enjoying this song. Skillet sound like an interesting band to check out. The video itself is one of the most engaging Elfen Lied AMVs I've seen in a while. Like "shinodude" said, it makes me want to watch the series again.
I liked a number of effects you used such as the color tones and character outlines. I even liked how the ending credits are mixed into video.
I seem to have a problem with some scenes you show, namely a couple of the mutilation clips. Being an animation, it makes the characters look too much like dolls so the horror factor is non-existant for me - it actually makes me laugh. Does that mean I'm de-sensitized by (cartoon) violence?
Beyond that, I don't see any real problems with it. The video is painstakenly edited, your timing is good and everything flows evenly. Oh, and your poster ROCKS!!
