You're probably not looking hard enough then.

EDIT: Okay that wasn't really helpful. AWA Pro (and probably Expo) will accept longer videos (Pro up to 18 minutes!). NDK has a seven-minute cutoff. Anime USA has a six-minute limit, if you can trim out any unnecessary bits. PMX doesn't mention a time limit. And this is just skimming through the top threads on the AMV Contests subforum :P

Youma has a max of 25 mins. And we(I) LOVE seeing dark stuff.
