If last year is any indication, we probably won't expect finalist announcements until either the end of the month/the start of February.

Hi all!
Some quick updates:
The showdown is complete and all finalists have had an email sent to their emails they used to register. If you didn't get an email then you didn't place, Thank you to everyone who entered we hope to see your submissions next year!
The NSFW is complete and I plan to be sending out emails for the finalists to that show later today. --I would just do it at work but I forgot to email myself the finalist list.
The 6 entries we received for PG are all in (unless I find watermarks when I inspect them again) but I still have to go through the showdown entries to determine the rest of that show's AMVs (which I plan to have finished by Friday)-- Next year you have a strong chance of placing in a show if you submit a PG AMV!
