I thought the doll shown in Engel AMV was longer then just a flash.

and does the directors cut have the kids playing Canon D? And have a summary of the entire series?

I'd have to flip through it to tell you exactly, it's been a long time since I've sat down and just watched all of my Eva stuff (close to a year or so)

Wouldn't that figure if it was? The amount of new footage in there that's not in either the series, director's cut, or EoE is so negligible that it's really not worth buying, but there is a bit of it in there...

Yep, there's roughly an episode's worth more footage divided between episodes 21-24 in the director's cut. I've got a copy of EvaOtaku's fansub on VHS, I think I downloaded the specifc scenes from http://www.evangelion.tv but it's been a while so I could be off. If you like Kaworu especially though, check it out

Yea I found that evaotaku site. It as a link to soyokazefansubs. Thinkin about getting it. 10 bucks for the tape, about. I was just looking over the script and decriptions for what is added.
