FLCL just pwns everything, and is in a league of its own.

That said, between the other three, I'd definately choose Trigun. Despite the fact that it's overhyped to all hell, it's a pretty good story and has great characters. .hack, while an interesting concept, suffers from massive pacing issues that even the badass art can't save.

Granted, I would never say FRCR, mainly because there's no C in Furi Kuri and I like to spell it out 'cause I think it looks cooler. But the show's name js Furi Kuri, so I it isn't all that far fetched. (Obviously FLCL is a logica & goodl way to call the show, but technically it's title is Furi Kuri)
