The due date on the Otakon submission form has a discrepancy. The due date is shown as "Saturday, May 10, 2004" however May 10 is a MONDAY, not a Saturday! At this late date Otakon should have to honor the Monday due date, even if it's meant to be Saturday, because of the error. I suspect they meant to extended the due date to Monday the 10th but forgot to change the day reference from Saturday to Monday.
Also note that a signed submission form has to be mailed AND RECEIVED by the deadline, even if the entry has been sent by FTP.
