I'm not sure myself, i think it's the number of unworthy votes received, if that is so, we can't have more then 59 or else it's forgotten..

Just posted my first one and got a 75 vote, it's 50% one way or the other

Don't know if i should post here but i have a question about banners, is there a thread or forums where we can talk about them?
