Fruits Basket: The anime doesn't even show the whole Zodiac and the manga was still going strong when the anime finished. Though I don't know if the manga has been finished by now.
Still waiting for a second ...
and third season plus a movie, cause god knows they have enough material. -depressed-
No other comes to mind right now...maybe Yami no Matsuei, it had more potential, still top notch though.

I would love the see more Witch Hunter Robin. It just can't END like that!

FLCL should stay the six-episode series, I think. Any more episodes and it would make even less sense.

Why couldn't they have waited until the manga finished? I've read volumes 9 and 10, and they've got some very nice material (including hints of some very dark things to come concerning Arima and his inner demons).
Yes, totally! They cut off the anime before the real point of the Culture Festival story was explained, so people think that it's a side story when really it's an essential part of the genius story that KK has. Although the fact is that, like Hellsing & Berserk, everybody (Gainax) wanted to continue it but couldn't for some reason.

Anyway, I completely agree with Kare Kano, Hellsing, Akira. And also more Berserk would be good.

The Yami no Matsuei manga is still running. There will probably be more of the anime once the current arc is completed...apparently, there haven't been updates in some time. If you're really interested in it, the manga has been released in the US, though I have yet to find it.

I love that movie!!! :D

Anyway, I would say Abenobashi could have been a tad longer, the ending seemed kinda rushed IMO.

The world of Narue could have also been longer, I don't know much about the manga so I don't know where that leaves off. I like how the ending was simple and fun. But it seemed like so many more episodes could have been made.

Really? :D I haven't been able to find the manga either...if they release FAKE why not YnM?
Because YnM is much better in every way.

I would have liked to have seen more Ninja Cadets. I thought the whole story was really good, but it ended just as things were getting interesting, it also ends on a major cliffhanger. Maybe it just didn't get enough support in Japan.
Probably too busy to be here right now.
