I think saying "Volume 16" answers that question. I think Im on chapter 139 or so in the manga.

Yes, it's the Sixth Sense with Naruto as the kid who sees dead people (an older version anyways).

Its a good anime although it sort of like shamanking.I read the mang and it is way better than naruto

I liken it more to a mix between Rurouni Kenshin and Yu Yu Hakusho (and that's a fair assumption, considering both are published in the same magazine Bleach is in. It only makes sense that the manga-ka would use those for a bit of inspiration, which is good, honestly, because I like YYH and RK in manga and anime form).

Well it is a fairly accurate description, at least of the first episode. Besides, you can't escape the description, there's a local video based on it to remind everyone (well me at least) of it.
