First of all - this isn't the right section for this kind of question. It belongs in Video Software Help.
Second - please don't bump the thread so often. You aren't going to get instantaneous replies on the forums, sometimes you just have to be patient.
As for the question itself, I'm guessing you're using fansubs/RAWs that are encoded with DivX. Premiere doesn't like to import DivX files. You'll have to either convert them in VirtualDubMod to an accepted format (like HuffYUV) or, the better solution, rip the footage from DVDs yourself.
