  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Nice work. And I hate Akira to the very core of my being. I'm serious about this. I hate that anime with a dark-hearted vengence, but I liked the AMV.

That takes a lot of work, I must say

Your name looks familiar. I'll probably check this out.

Very cool stuff, MoC. There was a good amount of intensity, and left me with that sense of futile escape at the end. Also makes me want to check out more of Yann Tiersen's work. Nice vid indeed. :)

hehe, since having seen the movie I've loved this song and your video makes use of some pretty interesting crossfade techniques, has about the right amount of motion it and so detaches itself from most videos with piano music.
I only would complain about the often reused overlay of the eldering child...

so yeah, gewd jarb ^^ 7.3/10

I wrote an quick comment, but I would like to repeat and go into detail.

I gave 4/5 becauce I like watching it and it is a pretty nice song and a nice video too. The only thing I complain about: For me. The theme in this amv was revolution and not every scene had this theme in it.

00:48 I don´t like the scene you´ve faded in. The edges aren´t feathered (or blured) to fit better into the amv and yeah: Why did you blended in into? There should be a better way to sync this.

-A bit grain reduction next time please!

01:22 How you´ve overlayed the child into the video was bad and looked ugly. That was the worst thing about it.
