slight off-timing in MCP vs VLC?

ok, checked that, and neither of those boxes was checked either. So far, the only thing that has made it playback just like VLC is checking the MP4/MOV box. I suppose 50-60ms isn't a huge deal, cause without comparing the two, it's hard to notice. I may just have to live with it... make a disclaimer that people use VLC for playback of my amvs... :\
