Ichigo 100% has a roof scene in the first ep and a few others, kinda surprised noone thought of that one from what i see O: and Eureka Seven has a scene in ep 1 and maybe 2. and i believe after al is told his memories might be fack in FMA they are on a hospital roof or sumthing, not 100% sure there.
