Just screenshot the whole dropdownmenu so we can see which one of those is the correct one. Like I said, there should be something like 1.184 or 1.185.

I guess the only thing going through my mind is...why WMV? Is there something you need to do specifically that requires it? It's far easier to correct stuff like this if you export as an uncompressed AVI and do all the AR corrections (if any are needed) when you make your distro encode. The ASF container is very hard to manipulate, whereas MP4 and MKV are extremely simple to set correctly afterward.
