If you have UT 2004 or 2003, just go to where you installed it and look in the folder aptly titled "music". All of the music in UT 2003 and 2004 is all in .ogg. which means you can play it with Winamp (or any other aplicable media player) or even convert them to .wav or .mp3 to put onto cd and listen to.
And yes, the UT music is way underated. Very good stuff.
The orignal UT had it's own music file type, .umx I believe.....
