It's more for the source issue... cause if one uses an anime, no one else can use it. But perhaps it got changed so that multi-anime tracks don't count towards this rule. >_>

How about this? Every editor must use at least 20 of their editing seconds as a tribute to blabbler and flawlessly transition into their actual video without using transitions, effects, ect, and the videos must be as awesome when they are played at 2x speed, reversed and inverted.
