Nope to all, Megazone would probably have been the closest guess to the time this came out... I'll put up another screen shot when I get home.

Here's a hint! I talked about this show when I did the Retro Anime Panel back at Jason in 2002 and Otakon on 2003! Yea, I sure nobody even attended those

I'll just give a better hint with the screen shot

Hint: The show came out smach right in the middle of the 80s and featured three characters that fought in mechanical beast robots against the forces of an evil emperor.
