I know of certain conventions where if those phrases are uttered and you hear the sound of combat boots beating the convention hall ground in rapid succession followed by the crackle of 2-Way radios...it's already too late.

So remember, kids! Discretion IS the better part of valor at anime conventions! Now you know, and knowing is half the battle!

If you're 21 and older, dress up in a police uniform and "patrol" around everywhere. Then start acting like a real police man and try to catch somebody for a (loosely put) "crime" at a con. If they've got pocky or ramune or just any kind of japanese goody, there "punishment" is that YOU get they're watever it is they have.
