Re: Need Help
I don't have FCP installed on my MacBook, but I do have FCE. I am teaching a full load today, but I'll see if I can't figure out a way to get something out of FCE that Avidemux can read. I know I've done it before, but because I use Premiere almost exclusively, it has been quite a while, and I will need to relearn the steps, probably.

Re: Need Help
Alright, so I figured out how to get sound:
Tools > Preferences > Audio
Then choose anything but "DUMMY" the only option that I had was Sdl.
So I now have sound but it is really choppy, is this just because of the amount of frames per second, so it will be okay when i export it? (for the sound)
And my screen is still green, so I can't see how it goes with the actual AMV.
Thanks

Re: Need Help
Sound is choppy because of Avidemux's inability to read the video correctly. It won't matter once you export. I am busy today, but I have no work to do in the office tomorrow, so I'll get you a step by step process for what to put into Avidemux.Anju_ wrote:Alright, so I figured out how to get sound:

No...and I missed the deadline for the AMV contest, but oh well. I can still enter it in the other con I'm going to. ^^

Re: Need Help
Like me, I think he figured out that Avidemux can only do anything with VOBs. It hates all else.
