I just spoke to the con director, and she confirmed that the suite for the Social has been reserved. 
I'm thinking about also ordering Papa Johns Pizza for everyone. But since I personally don't drink alcohol, I don't really know what to buy for that. So if anyone wants there to be alcoholic drinks, tell me now, or else I might just buy a bunch of sodas. The games that I plan on bringing are:

But unfortunately, in terms of the Dinner, Stats told me that their policy is to not accept reservations for events after 5pm on Fridays. So we'll just have to roll a dice on being able to get the area of the restaurant that allows us to play AMVs on the TVs. Worst case scenario, we'll be in a regular seating area.Tichu
