If you check out OVA episode 10, I Love Tenchi, they show that Ryo-ohki has the capability of speech when in her humanoid form. All she can say in that ep. is "carrot" but if she can say that when she is basicaly a todler; buy the time GXP happens she should be fully capable of speech. I mean she was a creation of Washu's and is tecnicaly Ryoko's sister.

does human form ryooki at least speak in a very cute way?

I'm still reading about this tenchi stuff I came across other sites, and now reading the faq and I'm.....pant.....tired....but....almost.....done.

still don't have a daaaate for dvds, but a note that it will be released, hehe.

I remember ryooki talking in the pretty sammy ova....I thought it was pretty cute

In the Pretty Sammy OVA's and Magical Project S they made Ryo-ohki a boy and to me that's just wrong.
