Orphen. It's cheap, and it's a decent anime on the whole.
Outlaw Star. It's the most spacey of the space cowboys.
Trigun. It's the most cowboy of the space cowboys.
Princess Mononoke. Good Miyazaki movie.
Kaze No Yojimbo. I know it's already been suggested, but I thought I'd just put another word in for it. There's only six or seven AMVs for the series, and it's got four official R1 DVDs out already o.o
Eh, that's all for now

I've seen nearly all of Full Metal Alchemist and I highly recomend that series. Even the dub that they show on Cartoon Network is bareable. Also I love Chrono Crusade and Aquarian Age is pretty decent too. Plus Gravitation (warning - shonen-ai series), but its so well written and funny. Also for funny I suggest Irresponsible Captain Tyler and Great Teacher Onizuka.

•Crest of the Stars/Banner of the Stars/Banner of the Stars II
•Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040
•Hellsing
•InuYasha (not bad-though I really think they need to ditch Mirokou, Kagome, and Shippo)
•Tekkaman Blade/Tekkaman Blade II
Out of curiosity, is there any mech anime out there WITHOUT fanservice? It bugs the hell out of me to see nothing but submissive heroines in suggestive clothing/poses.
Also, is there an anime out there that actually contradicts the Japanese reasoning that "fighting spirit overcomes superior tactics, training, and firepower"?
