Yeah it really does suck. I think adv should license the Star season and release it here. Don't even bother dubbing it. But I do have the 5th season on import dvds that had 4 discs. And the video quality isnt all that great and the color of the episodes are dark because I read somewhere that they just copied them from the laser discs. But I was really happy to get them andactually see the 5th season.

Still I really hope they release it here in the US someday and have the footage cleaned up and brightened. I'm pretty sure they would.

I love Sailor Moon!! That was the first anime that I saw. it's the best!!

Yeah, Sailormoon was the first anime I watched. I was in college and my new friend turned it on at my apartment one day. I hated it. The voice of the main girl was absolutely painful to listen to. I hated it so much I dreaded the time when my friend would come over and turn it on each day. Then she brought over a tape of the R movie in Japanese. After that...I didn't mind suffering through 'Serena's' horrible voice acting or the completely stupid 'sailormoon says' segments.

Now that I have most of the anime in Japanese, it's one of my favorites, just classic. I don't have a 'little boy with DBZ' reaction to growing up with it (since I first saw it at 19), but I can appreciate a sweet young girl anime. And it doesn't drown you in the sap like Fushigi Yuugi does.

I'm glad I'm not the only person who's first anime was sailor moon. I started watching it on toonami next to DBZ. Most of the people didn't like sailor moon at that time. The only times I watched sailor moon the most is when my favorite charactors, luna and artemis are on. (then Amy soon became my favorite) Then after afew years have passed I went by my long-time friend's house only to find sailor moon scrolls and pictures all over the place. Her older sister lend me her 'sailor stars' series, not to mention some tapes that are english-dubbed in the japanese version. After that, I found my interest again, not to mention my favorite song 'Tuxedo Mirage'. I'm not as crazy over it as i was back then, but I'm happy to see most of the anime.

Yeah I'm one of those people who though no-one except me still liked sailor-moon!
I'm glad i'm not alone! Yeah I really like sailormoon and saw it throught to the last episode!

which by the way was the happies yet saddest episode because it all ended there! But, I'm still a fan!
