yay for banzai XD hopefully my video i submit this year will do better then the one i sent in last year T . T hoping to get this 2nd one done so i can have two submissions but i doubt it will happen ><

umm that means no amv could ever be entered... since they all infringe on copyright
*edit* i forgot my question... which was; then shouldn't this preclude any amv from being entered?

Umm, this is on just about every AMV contest entry form out there in one form or another. It hasn't been a problem and we've brought this up when we approached the anime companies about screener's.

So, send away

I have to convert every entry to DVD, and with so many other things I'm doing for the CON, I don't have time to tinker with funky formats. I prefer formats that I can queue up in Virtualdub, this way I can output files ready for DVD conversion without any hiccups. I also cant stress enough about quality, you have no idea how bad a poor quality video file looks on a big screen....ewwwww

Hi, I want to submit a song by Metallica, Master of Puppets, it says "f***ing" once in it, can i submit it? or do i have to bleep it out or silence it?

Sorry for not being around as of late. I had a power supply go out and fry itself along with my RAM, hard drive and possibly my motherboard.
I’m currently attempting to recover what data I can from my 2nd hard drive and I might need to have a few submissions resent. I’ll contact those who are affected over the next few days.

The deadline is coming up VERY fast and I need more submissions!!!!!
Please send me your stuff!!!!!

I can only send my big DV files if Anime Banzai has an ftp account. Does it? Because I don't. (I need the username and password of Anime Banzai ftp submission folder)
