- Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
- When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.

Re: Van Hellsing
I was so much hoping to see Anderson play the role of Van Helsing, because I've seen Alucard matched this way a long time go to this same trailer. Still, it is rather odd to see Alucard portray the very name he was originally defeated by... That being said this video did not disappoint me in the quick run. One part that I fell in love with was "to battle enemies that are legend". I think you chose the perfect cuts for that subtle moment. Overall badass is probably the word that fits quite well with this work. A quick badass but nice in that way.
The font choice wasn't good but really didn't bug my eyes. Trailers these days are pretty cheesy to begin with. I think there is a "Van Helsing" font available which is all Helsingish and even has stakes as I letters, but would that have been too easy of a choice? Perhaps, unless spiced up with something stylish from Hellsing.
There were a few out of place sound effects going on from time to time like blade cuts matched to gunshots (this is also why I would go with Anderson instead of Alucard) and Walter's strings piercing the ghouls really didn't work for me. Not enough oomph and it feels like just wind moving along.

Much thanks for the opinion,I'll look into the font and maybe make all the losless and re-encode the video with a new font.
