Well yea. I implied as much in an earlier post. I'm sure KyoAni will let us forget about it before they make it. :P

Claymore actually created a sort of ending for itself when it decided to not keep with the manga, so unless I see something like that here, it's pretty well left open for a second season.
Though it will likely take a long long time Haruhi
Or perhaps not Clannad

Anyways... series is sort of cute... didn't strike me all too much...

They trolled around with Haruhi so much that I just don't trust them much anymore.

You're right, though. They had a nice turnaround with Clannad.

Mio makes this series for me and my wife. My heart broked [heh] though I laughed hysterically when she got kicked in ep 1...

But I too am on the 'what's the big deal' wagon for this anime.

Haruhi I can somewhat understand as coming off with some level of 'epic'. She's gawdlike after all. But I find this show to be mildly better than Lucky Star. [LS had dumber looking artwork]

Let this show end and let's see them continue something also awesome.

If they animated say, Kurohime or another action booty anime, I'm game for it. they've been doing nothing new but slice of life for like, forever now...

FMP was great action, do it again!

Liked ep11

But I concur, looks like a nice character development till you realize the show is concluding, and why spend the effort on a character on the second last ep.

And yes, I LIKE the show, but, the level of fan devotion does sometimes make me wonder about otaku. Some of the stuff I have seen connected to the show, just makes me scratch my head, and wonder, would I even want to know these people in person?

You think too much.

This show is supposed to be and bunch of light and fluffy nothing.

Somehow, you read into my comment, content that was never there :)

It IS about light fluffy nothings. Does a nice job too. K-On can almost be compared to a nice flaky pastry. Looks nice as hell, but, there's really nothing there, even if it tastes good.
But, if all the fan obsession is to be believed, there are a lot of otaku out there that sure get worked up over nothing.
I get a real kick over the incredible level of dedication to Mio's panties, all because of a non view that happened in one show.
One has to wonder, if all the fan energy could be directed to non obsessive efforts, just think of how much additional anime might exist out there.

Saw ep 12. Well, it is always sad when an anime is over, be it 13 shows or 130 shows.

But I at least liked the way 12 went.

Awwwww, the "final" episode!

As it has been foreseen, Yui got Ritsu's cold.
Spoiler :
- Mugi's eyebrows.....in Yui's dream.....*shrugs* :x
- YES!!!! Incest confirmed! *click me*
- Mugi's cosplay fun! I'm surprised that Mio got into it with Sawa-chan!
- Yui's condition is getting worse. So what's Ui's brilliant plan? That's right, impersonate her! :o
- I have to give props towards the voice actress of Ui of imitating Yui's rather ditsy voice. Of course this charade didn't last long when the other girls realized that fakeYui was surprisingly polite and Sawa-chan noticed she had bigger boobs!
- On another note, Ui was able to play Yui's guitar at perfection! Who would have thunk that?
- There's a nice flashback scene of Nodoka and Yui when they were kids. It seemed Yui fished out a bucket full of crayfish and dumped them at Nodaka's bathtub for some reason that's unexplained!
- Yui x Azu-nyan, confirmed?!!!! *click me*
- I guess it wasn't meant to be. *click me*
- Now Yui is back in business and ready for the concert....except she forgot her guitar. :?

Now comes the rather heartwarming moment when the the other girls and the teacher played the first song while Yui ran back to fetch her guitar in which she reminisce how much she changed since the beginning of her high school year.
