Which is the worst robot and pilot in anime history??

That's not entirely true. When Shinji was ordered to destroy Unit 02, he refused because he didn't want to kill the pilot inside Unit 02. In result, the dummy plug (sortof like an auto-pilot for the eva) was activated and Unit 01 tore Unit 02 to shreds. Shinji resisted to no avail. I only wonder what Kaworu was thinking during the whole ordeal, that is, if he was contious during what happened.

worst robot: I don't think that I've seen enough to see which is the most annoying robot.

worst pilot: Domoan Kashu (sp?) from G Gundam (well, my most annoying)

Before anyone else tells you, you are thinking of someone else. Kaworu was the one who controlled Unit 2. The person you are speaking of is Toji, the pilot of Unit 3.

As someone who started out watching Gundam, Macross, Orguss on VHS that didnt even have subtitles back in the early 80's all I can say is this.

Without the success of Gundam, Robotech, Orguss, and Aura Battler Dunbine, there is a very good chance there wouldnt be very many of the mecha series some of us so dearly love.

Worst mecha pilot?

The main character from MADDOX-01. The guy accidently recovered a lost transformable mecha/motorcycle that the military lost in transit. He accidently activated it and was trapped in it. He had no clue how to make it operate and survived assaults by the Military recovery teams by sheer dumb luck. The scene of him trying to eat Ramen noodles was hilarious.

Like the other guy said, you're thinking of Toji Suzuhara and Unit 03 in episode 18. I was taling about Kaworu Nagisa and Unit 02 in episode 24.

Asuka was a pretty shitty pilot, 'tis true. She said she'd rather die than do the smart thing and retreat, and she got raped (literally) by an angel with no actual weapons. That takes stupidity of an incredible caliber. But she does actually kill one or two angels, which puts her ahead of both Kaworu Nagisa and Toji Suzuhara.

Hmmmm, asuka was actually a good pilot...... she just had issues...... hell, she took out the production eva's!!! so............. i think that makews her a good pilot...............

Spend more time than shinji wimpering......... hes gotta be bad

p.s, Kwarou (sp), aloowed Shinji to beat him, he was the angel of free will, and chose to die rather than kill all humanity....... also, being able to remotely control the eva kicks ass!!!

Worst robot: Gonna have to agree with Turboneko and say it goes to Boss Borot...(I admit I've yet to see Mazinger Z first hand though...but damn, if Super Robot Wars is any indicator, this guy isn't even a decent human shield!)
Although the Zakurello mobile armor from the original Mobile Suit Gundam is another candidate...

The MP Evas let her win. Whenever she was slaughtering one of them, where the hell were the others? Probably sitting in the stands and eating popcorn, I'll bet. And aside from that scene, she is much more frequently on the receiving end of ass-whoopings than on the giving end.

i think Big 0 and Gundam 0080 were the worst robot series ever. 0080 had a nice start but ended too quick. only 6 eps.

my bad i thought you ment series in genearl. as for worst pilot and robot the same guys off Big 0. the Big 0 robot was just stupid looking.
