Ive gotten like, about 16 of them, i kept 2 in case the I need proof for the mods. its not really that troublesome, but ive received 8 from the same person saying "Hi" well, enough of my rabble.

I think that its just newbies trying to get their videos out, I just ignore and delete PMs like that, all i can really do

I haven't had any, but if I were to get a single "hi", I'd reasonably respond.

If I were to get the "hi" twice, I would respond, reasonably, twice.

And so on.

Mind you, reasonable means that the quality of the request determines the quality of the answer. "Hi", however I might interpret it in isolation or in a string of recurrent messages, warrants a "Hi-quality answer" - no less, no more.
