What is most important to you in your vids?

Actualy finishing the damn things usualy important to me. After that its making sure that no naruto fanboys see it.

To make sure it is good quality; there are too many AMVs with poor quality sound or videos.

Timing, and execution...

Story or lack thereof isn't what makes a good amv to me. If you're vid has no story but is timed beyond belief, it's good!

Story doesn't make an amv.
Image quality doesn't NECESSARILY make an amv [some hot vids I saw / made where all digisub baby ^_^]
Music doesn't make an amv. [I've hated some songs but loved the amv anyway... it happens]

If the footage melds with the music to create my definition of a 'true music video', that's the most important part.

Everything else is too specific to me which can cause closed mindedness. I'll watch anything that's well timed but I've yet to see a number of good Linkin' Bar Z vids... So I stay away from them since 9/10 they sux0rs....

So yeah, good timing/edits = good video.
