how to get someone addicted to anime

Thanks for all your suggestions, we did watch the first 4 eps of Witch
Hunter Robin, but it wasn't enough to get her hooked. I feel like I'm
twisting her arm if I come up with another. she still watches the disney
channel and nickolden. There arnt many shows with 12 year olds in them
in anime. Card Captor might be too werid for her she's not into outlandish
fantasy.

I think whoever said it said it best"In this country animation is treated
like it is only for kids" It's just hard breaking that stero type.
In the end I'm just glad I'm able to share amv's with her. The next one I
do it will be to one of her favorite songs.

Azumanga Daioh has a ten year old and a bunch of fourteen year olds, it is very funny.

Last Exile is another good one, The main characters are pretty young, and the artwork is great.

Haibane Renmei is a wonderful story, I think your sister might like this one. A lot about past lives and redemption. It is a non violent, emotional story, about young girls.
